Hello everyone, Yena is back. In today's blog, we will discuss a pretty good issue: Fitness and eating habits. I will talk mainly about my fitness and eating habits so everyone can see if it is healthy.  I'm a person who cares about health quite a bit, but when it comes to exercise, I'm quite lazy. I don't do much exercise or run regularly, instead, I choose to practice Yoga in the evening. I usually spend about 30 minutes in the evening practicing basic and gentle movements of Yoga. The activity I do the most is walking. Because I don't have personal transportation, I walk all day. Although I don't do much exercise, my health is not too weak, instead, it is quite healthy. I'm quite interested in games that require health, but I rarely play them. Topic 1-My habitual activities

H ello everyone. My name is Pham Hai Yen, everyone can call me Yena. In this blog, I will introduce everyone to my habitual activities. What time do people usually wake up? I wake up quite late, around 7:00 a.m. I don't have a habit of exercising in the morning, I just clean myself and prepare for school. I go to school by bus and walk a bit. I study continuously until 11:30, then I go home to cook and rest. My lunch is just that simple.   I n the afternoon, after I wake up, I watch a movie or read a story for a while and then study. I have a pretty good habit: around 5 o'clock I visit and take care of my small vegetable garden in my room. I usually clean the room once every 3 days. Sometimes I go out with my friends to the park.   A t the end of the afternoon, around 6 pm, I always go buy food and cook dinner.
