Hello everyone, Yena is back. In today's blog, we will discuss a pretty good issue: Fitness and eating habits. I will talk mainly about my fitness and eating habits so everyone can see if it is healthy. I'm a person who cares about health quite a bit, but when it comes to exercise, I'm quite lazy. I don't do much exercise or run regularly, instead, I choose to practice Yoga in the evening. I usually spend about 30 minutes in the evening practicing basic and gentle movements of Yoga. The activity I do the most is walking. Because I don't have personal transportation, I walk all day. Although I don't do much exercise, my health is not too weak, instead, it is quite healthy.
