Topic 2: Fitness and eating habits

Hello everyone, Yena is back. In today's blog, we will discuss a pretty good issue: Fitness and eating habits. I will talk mainly about my fitness and eating habits so everyone can see if it is healthy. 

I'm a person who cares about health quite a bit, but when it comes to exercise, I'm quite lazy. I don't do much exercise or run regularly, instead, I choose to practice Yoga in the evening. I usually spend about 30 minutes in the evening practicing basic and gentle movements of Yoga. The activity I do the most is walking. Because I don't have personal transportation, I walk all day. Although I don't do much exercise, my health is not too weak, instead, it is quite healthy. I'm quite interested in games that require health, but I rarely play them. Even though I don't do much physical exercise, in return I always try to do some movements and health exercises.

 


 


In addition, I also combine eating according to the daily nutritional menu. I'm quite lazy about exercising but I'm quite diligent in researching and making healthy foods and staying in shape. I skip breakfast and eat at noon. I combine quite a few ingredients in one meal, but most are vegetables, many types of vegetables. I have a habit of dividing my meals into small portions and eating slowly so as not to put too much food into my body. Although my diet is quite nutritious, I eat a lot of junk food. I usually avoid fatty foods because it's easy to gain weight. 

I see people often avoid eating fast food, but I quite like eating fast food. Because it's suitable for days when I don't have time to cook. Although fast food is quite convenient, it is not healthy at all, but eating it occasionally is okay.

And that's my fitness and eating habits. Although it's not too good, I'm satisfied with it. Thanks for reading, see you in the next blog.
